Governance Framework

Tralo bridges the gap between static facility agreements and operational compliance through automated document intelligence and risk monitoring.

How it Works

1. Ingestion

Upload credit agreements in PDF format. The AI engine extracts key entities like Borrowers, Exposure, and specific Covenants.

2. Monitoring

Once confirmed, the facility enters the Dashboard. Our logic tracks the time remaining until the next compliance milestone.

3. Mitigation

As risk levels shift (Stable to Critical), the system suggests specific workflows like drafting notices or scheduling reviews.

Design

Risk Analysis: Obligations are prioritized by "Time-to-Default," with automated status shifts as deadlines approach.

Stakeholder Routing: The system automatically assigns management actions to Relationship Managers (RM) for upcoming tasks and Credit Risk Officers (CRO) for breaches.

Exposure Valuation: Real-time aggregation of capital linked to overdue facilities (Technical Breach).

Glossary of Terms

Facility Type The specific structure of the loan (e.g., Term Loan B, Revolving Credit Facility).
Exposure The total dollar value of the bank's capital at risk for a specific borrower.
Governing Milestone The next critical deadline for compliance, such as a financial covenant test or reporting date.
Technical Breach A violation of a loan covenant that is not a payment default, often triggering a "Critical" status.
OCR Active Indicates that Optical Character Recognition is currently processing the legal text of an uploaded PDF.
